01Who We Are
LE-G3N ("we", "our", "the app") is a sports performance intelligence application designed for competitive athletes. We help you understand your daily readiness, training load, and injury risk through data you provide and data from your wearable devices.
02Data We Collect
2.1 — Data you provide directly
- Account information — full name, email address
- Athletic profile — sport, position, playing level
- Daily check-in responses — sleep quality, sleep hours, fatigue level, mental state, life stress, pain zones and intensity, training intensity, session RPE, training duration, session outcome, match result, minutes played, physical feel, recovery feel
- Calendar data — planned training days, matches, travel, rest days and their scheduled times
- Support messages — if you contact us through the app
2.2 — Data from Apple Health (only with your explicit permission)
- Sleep hours and quality
- Heart rate variability (HRV)
- Resting heart rate
- Respiratory rate
- Blood oxygen (SpO₂)
- VO2 max
- Active calories
- Steps
- Exercise minutes
- Body weight
You grant this permission through the iOS Health permission prompt. You can revoke it at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → LE-G3N.
2.3 — Data we generate from your inputs
- Daily readiness score (0–100) and state (Sharp / Loaded / Building / Resting / Critical)
- ACWR (training load ratio) — computed from your check-in history to detect injury risk
- AI-generated insights — personalized text generated daily based on your data
- Weekly performance reports — AI-generated summary of your week
- Streak and consistency metrics
2.4 — Usage and analytics data
Through PostHog (see Section 4), we collect anonymized behavioral events including:
- App opened, check-in started, check-in completed, check-in abandoned
- Signup method used
- Onboarding completed
- Screens viewed (Body Shield, Weekly Report, Deep Analysis, Paywall)
- Subscription plan selected
We do not collect your check-in answers or health values in analytics — only behavioral events.

We never use your data for advertising, we never sell it, and we never share it with your coach, team, or any third party without your explicit consent.
04Third-Party Services
These services receive some of your data to operate:
Our database and authentication provider. Stores all your check-in data, scores, insights, and profile. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. supabase.com/privacy
Generates your daily AI insights and weekly reports. We send your check-in data and scores to Anthropic's API to produce personalized text. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models. anthropic.com/privacy
Processes and manages your in-app subscription (LE-G3N Elite). Receives your email and purchase information. revenuecat.com/privacy
Anonymized analytics. Receives behavioral events (screens viewed, actions taken) linked to an anonymous user ID. Does not receive your health data or check-in answers. posthog.com/privacy
We read health data from Apple Health on your device only when you grant permission. We write workout completion data back to Apple Health. This data never leaves your device except through our encrypted connection to Supabase.
If you use these to create your account, we receive your name and email from Apple or Google. We do not receive your Apple ID password or Google password.
App infrastructure used to build and deliver over-the-air updates. Does not have access to your personal data.
05Push Notifications
We send push notifications to remind you to complete your morning check-in, post-training check-in, and recovery check-in. We also notify you of weekly report availability and streak risk.
You can disable notifications at any time in Settings → Notifications → LE-G3N.
06Data Retention
- Your account and all associated data is retained for as long as your account is active
- If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days
- Anonymized analytics data (PostHog) may be retained longer as it cannot be tied back to you
- Apple Health data is never stored by us permanently — it is read at check-in time and only the computed values (scores, insights) are saved
07Your Rights
Depending on your location you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Correction — correct inaccurate profile data directly in the app
- Deletion — delete your account and all associated data
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent — revoke Apple Health permissions at any time in iOS Settings

08Children's Privacy
LE-G3N is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
09Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Data at rest is encrypted via Supabase's infrastructure. We do not store your Apple Health raw data — only computed scores and insights derived from it. Your authentication tokens are never logged.
10Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will notify you through a push notification or in-app message before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
